Product Packaging & Shipping

Packaging

Vigilant, Inc. goes to great lengths to make sure that our products are properly packaged for safe delivery to their final destination. We inspect all packages prior to their departure, but on occasion damage may occur in transit to you. Therefore, it is important that you carefully inspect all packaging upon receipt of your order for evidence of damage. If the package shows exterior damage, please have the driver note the damage on your delivery receipt before signing it. Please open and inspect all product pieces for concealed damage, as soon as possible, and report the damage to Vigilant, Inc. immediately. All damage claims must be made within 14 days of delivery to ensure no extra charges.

  • Vigilant products are shipped through our network of shipping partners listed below.
  • Shipping methods vary by product.
  • Delivery rates for custom products, and larger cabinets are quoted through your Sales Consultant.
  • Expedited delivery is available on most products for an additional charge.
  • For International shipping, please call for quotes and transit times. Vigilant, Inc. will handle customs clearance, but the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
  • Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
